- Should you choose to book via text, call or email, simply let us know of your name, email and/or phone number, that it’s your first time booking with us and that you’d like to use the discount.
- If using the booking form, you will be prompted with a question asking if you’re a first time client. Select “Yes,” read and agree to the terms and conditions and you should be all set.

- The 50% discount is available to first-time clients only and may only be used once per client.
- The offer applies to eligible Lens Factor Media services and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- Clients who attempt to use the discount more than once may have their booking cancelled, be charged a 25% cancellation fee, and/or be denied future bookings. - The discount applies to service fees only. Travel fees, rush fees, applicable taxes, cancellation/rescheduling fees, and other additional charges may not be discounted.
- The offer is valid for bookings made on or before December 31, 2026.
- Lens Factor Media reserves the right to verify eligibility, correct pricing errors, and refuse or cancel bookings where the promotion is misused.
